Marcela Rosolen

Marcela focuses her practice on business law, advising clients on national and international transactions. Her experience includes contracts, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, private equity, venture capital, intellectual property issues, and general corporate matters. Represents Brazilian and international companies that invest and operate in Brazil.
