Liana Gorberg Valdetaro is the partner responsible for the area of ​​conflict resolution. She has over 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration.

She acted as counsel for clients as creditors on several bankruptcy procedures and helped clients structuring whether or not filing for bankruptcy and preparation for the filing of bankruptcy procedures.
