Gustavo Dalcolmo

Gustavo advises clients in the areas of Venture Capital, Private Equity, and M&A at FM/Derraik. He built his career at the firm, starting in 2009, and represented startups, angel investors, investment funds, pension funds, and corporate entrepreneurs in various investment and acquisition operations.

He has extensive experience in corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, contracts, and intellectual property. He advises clients to build up their corporate and operational structures, investment, and acquisition processes, with a hands-on profile. It works in the preparation and negotiation of contracts related to each operation.

It also advises national and foreign clients on the constitution and maintenance of their businesses in the most diverse industries.

Also, he worked in the development of greenfield energy projects, from the creation of infrastructure necessary for the projects to generation, transmission, and distribution activities.
