Elaine Barros

Elaine Barros has experience in the legal department of large companies and medium-sized law firms. It works in the contract and real estate area, with participation in large real estate projects, including Built to Suit projects of factories and administrative headquarters of large companies, commercial leases, and shopping malls.

Experience in the real estate licensing process, obtaining all the necessary licenses for the feasibility of real estate construction and development projects, and due diligence for the acquisition of real estate and implementation of real estate projects.
