Lemon Energia was conceived to solve two major problems for entrepreneurs in the country, the high cost of electricity and the concern with the impact on the environment. Lemon was the first power company to receive Venture Capital investment in Brazil.
big_bets is an early-stage, generalist, hands-on venture capital fund. Ztech is Ambev’s Venture Capital fund, the largest beer company in Brazil.
Big_bets has been investing in Lemon since its first round of funding with institutional investors and was the first venture capital fund to invest in an energy startup in the country.
